I went on a weekend and everything here was great. The venue was set in the central position so close to the council, city centre and Birmingham Hippodrome. Also, I really enjoyed how decent the location was.

The champagne bar was comfortable and the staff were exceptionally nice! Rooms were heated and the bed was comfy. You could walk to shops and a market. Easy check in and in general outstanding service. Need to add that free wifi was provided throughout the property.
